How do Energy works?

Energy works as an interface between the mind and the physical body. Simply the way electricity connects software and hardware. Energy works by connecting our mind with the body via electrical signals.  The mind has control, and it provides direction to the energy on where to flow and where not to flow in the human body. It tells us all the things like when to laugh, where to stand quietly, subconscious state of mind. It is used to notify us whether we are safe or not, or where we are in danger. Several programs seem to be useful for us, whereas some may create blockages.
